Shipping policy

Our shipping policies are as follows:

• Most orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise stated. See item details for estimated processing times. 
• Orders will ship to the shipping address provided at checkout. 
• Some of our items excluding those produced in-house, are produced and shipped by our third party vendors. Your order may ship in multiple packages, with different tracking numbers. 
  
• Orders will ship using the shipping method or service you selected at checkout. 
• We are not responsible for shipped delays or issues caused by our shipping partners. 
• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. We will not reship a new one or refund if packages are abandoned due to not paying customers. If you would like a refund, please ship the item back to us. We are not responsible for international return shipping costs.
